Face Painting with Sparkle Williams

Sparkle has been painting for years, reconnecting with her inner artist in 2014, sparked by area paint and sips. Sparkle is also known as Sirocco on the belly dance circuit. Her programs include: acrylic & watercolor painting, West African traditional dance, Polynesian dance theatre (hula & Tahitian), and Raqs Sharqi (belly dance). 

Sparkle will be providing face painting at the American Parkinson Disease Association, Virginia Chapter’s Optimism Walk.
