Outreach Program

Sparkle has been painting for years after reconnecting with her inner-artist in 2014, sparked by area paint and sips. She established her own business of Sparkle 'N' Splash in 2016 which continues to this day.

Some clients call Susan Owens the Craft Lady. She can provide a variety of crafting opportunities including acrylic and watercolor painting, collage, 3D crafts, wreath making, and more. All programs are determined by the population and needs of the community. View flyer
