We are THRILLED to introduce you to ArtsConnect Virginia (formerly Tidewater Arts Outreach!). 

This has been a long time coming. Tons of hard work, lots of input from y’all, and a brilliant designer (thank you Rowan Shade Creative!) to make the magic happen.
