DESCRIPTION:  \nIn addition to playing the guitar and singing\, David Jones is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys paddle boarding\, tennis\, fishing\, hunting\, and 4-wheeling with his family on the beaches of the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  David is an acoustic guitar player and singer who performs covers of various classic\, easy-listening rock and folk musicians from the 1960s-1990s\, incorporating traditional hymns at times. Art Rowe is a 25-year Navy Veteran who has been playing guitar for about five years. He performs at various local venues around the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area including many TAO partner locations. Art plays acoustic guitar and sings and performs a variety of songs from the 1950s on up. His goal is to put a smile on their face and to get people to join in and sing along.

SUMMARY:Violin & Flute Serenade by Ascension Melodies
DESCRIPTION:  \nAscension Melodies met and first started playing together at Church of the Ascension in Virginia Beach 15 years ago. With Lisa on flute and Rebecca on violin they share their musical talents through classical and contemporary flute/violin duets. Lisa and Rebecca have played together for a variety of different programs serving as musicians in their church choir. They were looking to play more music together and serve the local community\, Tidewater Arts provided a great avenue to do just that.
