SUMMARY:Happy Hour with Jim Bulleit
DESCRIPTION:Jim has been writing songs occasionally since his college days and have recorded two CDs–A Family Album in 2000 and Prufrock’s Blues in 2015–both of which have received some local radio play. During those years he taught English for the Virginia Beach Public Schools and performed only sporadically. Since retiring in 2012\, he has been working part-time as an adjunct professor at Tidewater Community College\, which has allowed him more time to focus on his songwriting. One of my songs\, “Parkland” was recognized as one of the best local releases from Hampton Roads in 2018.
