Classical and Beyond with Ascension Melodies

Lisa and Rebecca have played together for a variety of different programs serving as musicians in their church choir. They were looking to play more music together and serve the local community, Tidewater Arts provided a great avenue to do just that.  Ascension Melodies met and first started playing together at Church of the Ascension in Virginia Beach 15 years ago. With Lisa on flute and Rebecca on violin they share their musical talents through classical and contemporary flute/violin duets.
